Terms and Conditions

When placing an order with Power Edge U.S.A. online you must agree to the following terms and conditions before Power Edge Inc. can accept your order:

Policy of Sale:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You understand that it is entirely your responsibility to make sure that you are not in violation of any local, state, federal, international law and the law of your country with regard to owning, possessing and using any item you purchase from Power Edge on this web site. You represent to Power Edge that there are no laws that prohibit you from owning or purchasing any products from Power Edge.
• You assume all responsibility for the correct and lawful use of any and all products purchased from Power Edge. You agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Power Edge and its owners, officers, directors, employees and affiliates, from and against all liabilities, injuries, damages, penalties, claims or causes of action arising out of your use and your ownership of any products sold to you by Power Edge.
• You understand that all of our products will utilize a third party shipping/transport company to deliver our products to you, without any exception (*Mainly applies to customers in the area of Honolulu).
• You understand that all items shipped will have a mandatory signature confirmation upon receiving the ordered merchandise.
• You understand that there are no Holds, Reserving, Pre-Ordering, or Rain Checks of any of our Promotions and/or Merchandise.
• Violation of any articles in the Terms and Conditions will render any Warranty, Service, or acceptance for any future repairs Null and Void.

• You must pay by one of the following credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discovers, or American Express). Gift Cards (a.k.a. Pre-Paid credit cards) with the names of any of the above companies do not qualify as a payment option. Credit cards must have the card holder's physical address on file with their financial institution (No Exceptions).
• You must fill in all credit card billing information accurately to ensure timely processing.
• Once we process your order and receive confirmation of your payment we will ship your product within 24 to 48 business hours. However we reserve the right to hold processing for large denomination orders between 48 to 72 business hours to verify authenticity of the transaction. If the legitimacy of the transaction cannot be determined within that period of time we reserve the right to cancel that order.
• For international customers, you may be liable and subject to custom duties and taxes when shipment arrives at your country. It will be your sole responsibility to ascertain the custom policies of your country. When shipping to international customers, Power Edge must disclose information and the costs regarding the products in a shipment to the carriers.
• A sales tax of 4.712% will be added to all order shipped within the State of Hawaii.

• Shipping Addresses must match the Billing Address in order for the transaction to process. Alternate shipping addresses will not be accepted. In the event that the Shipping Address differs from the Billing Address Power Edge USA will automatically cancel the transaction.
• All orders will be shipped with either UPS Second Day Air, UPS Ground, or USPS Surface Mail only (No Exception).
• All orders must be shipped to a physical address. Orders will NOT be shipped to a P.O. Box address. Orders that contain a P.O. Box Address will automatically be canceled.
• All orders shipped via UPS must be signed upon receipt of parcel from the UPS representative (No Exception).
• Neighbor Island Customers (within the State of Hawaii) must order with UPS Second Day Air (only) in the exception of Gas which will be shipped via USPS Surface. All orders (in the exception of Gas) that are selected with any other shipping method will be canceled.
• Power Edge USA reserves the right to change shipping methods as necessary.

• Power Edge USA will NOT cover Returns, Exchanges, and/or any Warranty for any and all Airsoft Shotguns, AEG Minis, GBB, NBBG HG, SNIPER, Tokyo Marui BOY's Series, BB's, Gas, Remote Controlled Toys, any and all Parts and Accessories. Please be fully aware of this when purchasing any of these products.
• Within 14 days from the receipt of your order, you may return any merchandise (other than listed above). However, all returned merchandises are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price of the item returned. Merchandise must be returned in the Exact Condition with original packaging. The item returned must be in a re-sellable “New” condition in order to receive a refund, except in the case of defective merchandise. Any item returned in a condition deemed not re-sellable, as a new item will be recognized as a “Used” item, which is subject to a 75% restocking fee. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR WARRANTY APPLIES TO ANY MERCHANDISE, WHICH HAS BEEN ALTERED OR MODIFIED IN ANY WAY. ANY ATTEMPT TO OPEN OR TAKE APART ANY MERCHANDISE WILL RENDER ALL RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE POLICIES AS WELL AS ANY WARRANTIES NULL AND VOID (NO EXCEPTIONS). ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES (EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED) APPLIES ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF SAID MERCHANDISE.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL for any "Custom Upgraded Packages", which may include but not be limited to: Internal and/or External modifications to any and all Airsoft Guns sold by Power Edge U.S.A.
• All P.E. Custom, Power Edge U.S.A. Stage Upgrades, and Stock AEG Airsoft Guns sold by Power Edge USA carries a 30 days parts and labor warranty for internal defects only. You must notify us by E-Mail to the nature of the problem. We will contact you as to the appropriate action to be taken. We will not accept any returned merchandise without prior consent.
• Power Edge U.S.A. Stage Upgraded AEG's will carry a Thirty Day Warranty for Parts and Labor. In order to qualify for the Warranty, the AEG must be purchased as a Stage Upgrade package. Warranty coverage does NOT apply to used AEG's sent to us to upgrade. You must ship the merchandise back to Power Edge within 30 days from the receipt of said merchandise.
• Warranty for all AEG Airsoft Guns sold at Power Edge USA (AEG, P.E. CUSTOM, and Power Edge Stage Upgraded AEG's) does NOT cover variances in performance. Which includes but may not be limited to; Inconsistencies in F.P.S. (feet per second) and/or R.O.F. (rate of fire); irregularity
• Warranty is Null and Void in the event BB's that are NOT sold at Power Edge USA are used.
• There is NO Warranty Coverage for any and all Open Custom Airsoft Guns (Customer specifies parts to be installed into an Airsoft Gun). NO EXCEPTIONS. Any deviation from what is currently listed on the Power Edge USA website as an upgraded package (Stage Upgrades or P.E. Custom) will be deemed as an Open Custom Airsoft Gun.
• Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
• We will not in any way provide our warranty services once the warranty time period has elapsed.
• Cost of sending the merchandise back to Power Edge is not covered in the warranty and return policy.
• RETURN AND/OR WARRANTY COVERAGE DOES NOT APPLY TO IMPROPER OPERATION OF OUR PRODUCTS (Operator Error) AS WELL AS COSMETIC OR RELATED DAMAGE (Broken Cocking Handles, Lost Safety Lever, Removal of any Trademarks from any airsoft gun, etc. . .

Power Edge U.S.A. Reserves the right to determine the proper course of action in all circumstances relating to Sales and/or Service of our Products (which includes but may not be limited to shipping methods, refusal of sales and/or service).

Do NOT Change, Obscure, Alter, Remove or Obliterate ANY coloration or markings on any airsoft gun sold to you by us (Power Edge USA). The coloration and/or markings on any airsoft gun including the blaze orange tip are designed to comply with applicable state and federal regulations. Any alteration, removal, obscuration, or modifications done to the markings (particularly to the blaze orange tip) will automatically void any and all warranties, returns, and/or exchanges (No Exception). Power Edge USA will NOT accept any and all Airsoft Guns for repairs without the original markings (particularly to the blaze orange tip). Furthermore, anyone who changes, alters, removes, or obliterate any coloration or markings that are required by state or federal law or regulation, in any way that makes this product look more like an actual firearm may be found guilty of a misdemeanor. NO REFUND OR WARRANTY TO ANY MERCHANDISE WHICH HAS BEEN ALTERED OR MODIFIED IN ANY WAY. ANY ATTEMPT TO OPEN OR TAKE APART ANY PRODUCT WILL RENDER YOUR WARRANTY AS WELL AS ANY AND ALL RETURN POLICIES NULL AND VOID.

Power Edge Inc. (DBA Power Edge U.S.A.) reserves the right to make changes at any time to our policies which includes and may not be limited to: Policy of Sale, Payment Terms, Return and Warranty Policy.
